Shipping and Return Policy
The total time from order to shipment can take up to 7-14 days. We ship Monday through Wednesday excluding holidays when USPS is closed. Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. Once your order is received, your candle will be hand poured. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packaging materials to ensure your package arrives safely. Tracking information when applicable will be provided.
If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.
Please read important notice: Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. At this time, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout. Please make sure the correct address is entered at checkout. Also, Please consider shipping to an address where the package can always be received to avoid delays with receiving your package.
What happens if my item was damaged?
All shipped items are insured. You will be asked to provide photos of the packaged and damaged items. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. We package our orders very well to avoid damages to our products. However, if there are physical damage to your product please email us at info@believeinbliss.org within 24 hours of your order being received. Please include your name and order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
