The total time from order to shipment can take up to 7-14 days. We ship Monday through Wednesday excluding holidays when USPS is closed. Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. Once your order is received, your candle will be hand poured. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packaging materials to ensure your package arrives safely. Tracking information when applicable will be provided.At this time, we do not provide refunds for orders placed.
